Niviem Partner Program
Money, in detail

Commission & payouts

Same formula for every partner. Variations live in two places: your commission percent and your audience-discount percent. Everything else is identical and written down here.

The formula

customer_paid    = plugin_price - partner_discount
net_revenue      = customer_paid - VAT - paddle_fee - refunds - chargebacks
partner_earns    = net_revenue * commission_percent

Net revenue is what we actually keep. We pay commission on that number, not on the plugin's headline price. This is the only honest way to do affiliate math when you ship through a Merchant of Record like Paddle, because VAT and processor fees are real costs that come out before any money reaches us.

A worked example

  • Plugin headline price49.00 EUR
  • Partner discount (15%)- 7.35 EUR
  • Customer pays41.65 EUR
  • VAT collected by Paddle- 6.94 EUR
  • Paddle processor fee- 2.50 EUR
  • Net revenue32.21 EUR
  • Commission rate20%
  • Partner earns6.44 EUR

When commission clears

If a sale is refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraud during the hold period, that commission is reversed. If it happens after a payout, it gets deducted from the next batch.

Payout details

Below 50 EUR balance carries over to the next month. There is no deadline — your balance does not expire.

Taxes

You are responsible for declaring partner program income to the tax authority in your own country. Niviem is a Serbian company; we keep a record of what we paid you and when, but we do not file your taxes for you. This is standard for affiliate programs internationally and it keeps the program simple to operate across borders.

Custom rates & launch boosts

New partners start on a default commission rate that is competitive with the rest of the audio plugin space. Larger audiences and proven review history can be negotiated higher individually. During plugin launch windows we typically run a temporary commission boost (commonly 30–35%) for partners who publish a review during the first 7–14 days. These boosts are visible in your dashboard while they are active.
