We're putting the final touches on the Niviem Partner Program.
A creator-first revenue share for producers, educators and
session musicians who already use boutique analog-modeled
plugins in their work.
Want to be one of the first creators when applications open?
Every approved partner starts at Bronze with a
base commission of 20%. Two tier promotions stack a bonus on top of
that rate when you keep moving real revenue through your code.
Tiers are computed on a rolling 90-day window of earned
commission, so the door doesn't slam shut after one quiet month —
and it doesn't open just because you had one viral video three
years ago.
The ladder

The default tier for every approved partner. 20% of
net revenue
on every sale your code attributes. Your audience always
saves 15% off the storefront price when they use your code,
regardless of tier.

Promotes automatically once your rolling 90-day commission
crosses €500 earned (i.e. commission that
has cleared the 30-day refund hold). New attributed sales
from that point onward record at 25% — already-recorded
commissions don't get retroactively bumped.
Gold

Threshold
€2,000 in 90 days
Bonus
+10% over Bronze
Top tier. €2,000 earned in the same rolling
90 days lifts you to a 30% effective rate. The same forward-
only rule applies: Gold rate kicks in on sales after the
promotion. If your rolling total later dips below €2,000,
your effective rate drops back to Silver or Bronze for
future sales — but nothing already earned is touched.
A worked example
Marija is a Belgrade producer who reviews synth plugins on
YouTube. She gets approved at Bronze.
Month 1. Steady
traffic, 40 attributed sales at an average ~€7 commission
each = ~€280 earned. Still Bronze (20%).
Month 2. A KLANG 8008
review hits well, 60 more sales = ~€420 earned. Rolling 90-day
total now ~€700 — promoted to Silver. From the
next sale on, commission is recorded at 25%.
Month 3. Quiet month,
~€100 earned. Rolling 90-day is still well above €500, stays
Silver.
Month 4. Drops out of
the rolling window: Month 1's €280 leaves the calculation,
new month adds ~€350. Total around €870 — comfortably Silver
still. No change to anything she already earned in Month 2.
What counts as commission earned
Tier math uses commission that has cleared the 30-day
refund hold — i.e., the sale is at least 30 days old
and hasn't been refunded or charged back. Pending commission
from yesterday's sale doesn't count toward your tier today; it
counts 30 days from now (assuming the sale sticks).
This is intentional — it means tier promotions reflect
revenue Niviem has actually kept, not headline numbers that
could vanish in a refund wave. The same definition is used
for monthly payouts.
Manual tier overrides
Niviem can pin a partner to a specific tier outside the
automatic rules — for instance, locking in Gold rates for a
long-term creator partnership, or holding a tier at Silver
during a sponsored campaign. Manual overrides are visible in
your dashboard and include a short reason from the admin who
set them. The automatic worker won't touch a manually-overridden
tier.
Why these numbers?
€500 in 90 days is roughly 50 attributed sales of a mid-priced
plugin — small enough that a moderately active reviewer can
hit it in a couple of months, large enough to feel earned.
€2,000 in 90 days is the top end — partners who are genuinely
moving meaningful volume and deserve the highest rate Niviem
offers without backroom deals. The bonus percentages (+5% /
+10%) keep the program competitive with Plugin Boutique and
the bigger affiliate networks without burning margin on
partners who only do a sale or two.
Thresholds and bonus percentages may be adjusted on 14 days'
notice per the
Partner Program Terms.
